It works with the information each user chooses to provide so requests can be clearer, more accurate, and easier to complete in one go.
Koowky can save instructions, queries, data, invoices, reminders, and other information to your spreadsheets when you ask it to “save,” “memorize,” or “remember” something. You can also ask it to delete rows, update data, or replace information.
Koowky is not an autonomous agent. It does not post messages, answer calls, or make decisions on its own. It works more like a digital mirror or executive assistant: it follows your instructions and uses your data, formats, and preferred way of working to complete tasks when you ask.

Koowky began with a simple observation: running a business often means carrying an enormous amount of information in your head.
J. Rafaeli, the founder of Koowky, has spent much of his life thinking about organization, responsibility, and the practical ways people get things done.
The idea of order was introduced to him through his family and stayed with him throughout his life. It became more than an idea. It became a way of looking at the world.
An unconventional thinker with a strong curiosity for technology and innovation, J. Rafaeli learned that being organized does not mean making life complicated or rigid. Quite the opposite. Good organization creates freedom.
It gives you time.
It reduces unnecessary worry.
It makes important things easier to find.
And it allows you to concentrate on what actually matters.
After earning a master's degree and building a successful career, he began looking at the rapid development of artificial intelligence from a different perspective.
Rather than asking, “What can AI do by itself?”
he began asking:
“What could AI do if it understood how I work?”
That question eventually became Koowky.
J. Rafaeli did not want to build another system that simply tells people what to do.
He wanted to create something that could work from the knowledge, information, rules, and instructions provided by the person or business using it.

Long before artificial intelligence, smartphones, spreadsheets, or cloud computing, people were already trying to solve a problem that has never really changed: how do we keep what matters organized, useful, and available when we need it?
One expression has stayed with us for centuries:

The saying is often attributed to Augustine of Hippo, one of the great thinkers of late antiquity. Augustine lived from 354 to 430, was born in Thagaste in Roman North Africa—modern-day Algeria—and eventually became Bishop of Hippo Regius, near present-day Annaba. He was not simply a religious figure. He was a philosopher, writer, teacher, and one of the most influential thinkers in the history of Western thought. His work explored questions about knowledge, memory, time, human behavior, language, responsibility, and how people make sense of their lives.
What interests us is not the religious meaning that others may find in Augustine's work. It is the practical wisdom contained in the idea of order.
