Account and application records use Koowky’s configured database. Connected services such as n8n, Stripe, Twilio, Google, and AI providers may also process or retain data under their terms.

The integration foundation supports workspace-specific connection state and sync categories. Production credentials and a configured workflow are required.
Yes. The website and core account experience support English and Spanish, with more languages possible later.
You can manage cancellation through Stripe’s billing portal. Access normally continues through the paid period unless your plan says otherwise.
Checkout and billing management happen on Stripe-hosted pages. Koowky verifies signed webhooks and does not trust browser-reported subscription state.
You can submit a deletion request in Data settings. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or billing reasons as described in the privacy policy.
Koowky reports the failed action without claiming success. Safe operations can be retried; non-idempotent actions require an idempotency key.
