Checkout and billing management happen on Stripe-hosted pages. Koowky verifies signed webhooks and does not trust browser-reported subscription state.
Phone and WhatsAppDoes Koowky support phone calls and WhatsApp?
The Twilio and WhatsApp foundation is present, but these features are marked coming soon until an account and end-to-end workflows are configured and tested.
Account managementCan I delete my data?
You can submit a deletion request in Data settings. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or billing reasons as described in the privacy policy.
TroubleshootingWhat happens if an integration is unavailable?
Koowky reports the failed action without claiming success. Safe operations can be retried; non-idempotent actions require an idempotency key.
