How AI uses context
Prompts, instructions, policies, records, and relevant connected data may be sent to configured AI and automation providers to generate a response or complete a supported workflow.
Providers and logging
AI providers, n8n, hosting, and monitoring services may process or retain necessary data according to their configuration and contracts. Koowky may retain conversation and activity history for continuity, support, and safety.
Review responsibility
AI output can be inaccurate. Review invoices, customer messages, legal or financial information, and high-impact actions before use.
User control
Workspace administrators control members, instructions, integrations, and data requests. Provider-side deletion and retention may follow separate timelines.
Sensitive data and prohibited use
Do not provide secrets or specially regulated data without an approved workflow. Do not use Koowky for unlawful surveillance, deception, harm, rights violations, or decisions prohibited by applicable law.
