Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only workspaces you are authorized to access.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
Trials, renewal dates, pricing, promotion eligibility, and cancellation effects are shown during checkout or in billing. Stripe processes subscription payments.
Acceptable use
Do not use Koowky for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, dangerous, or rights-infringing activity, or attempt to bypass security and tenant boundaries.
AI limitations
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users are responsible for reviewing important messages, invoices, decisions, and actions before relying on them.
Third-party services and availability
Connected providers have separate terms and can experience changes or interruptions. Availability commitments require a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property and liability
Ownership, license, warranty, liability caps, indemnity, governing law, dispute terms, and official notices remain placeholders pending counsel review.
